2.1 This Website is owned and operated as a marketing platform which connects users with qualified and regulated financial advisors in Ireland. We promote a free no obligation quotation service to users and transfer quotation requests completed on our website to qualified advisors who will communicate directly with the users to discuss their services and the users quotation requirements. Upon receipt of completed quotation requests the qualified advisers will look to compare suitable providers and obtain quotations for the users requirements and any terms received will be presented via email or phone using the details provided by the user in the quotation form. We make no representations that materials in the Website are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Those who choose to access the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
2.2 In the event that you breach these terms, your permission to use the Website terminates immediately and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the Website.

You acknowledge that by completing our free quotation form is not the acceptance of any business, advisory, financial or insurance relationship and shall not be construed as the provision of insurance, financial or legal advice.
You acknowledge that information which Life Insurance Ireland collect from you is for the purposes of providing the marketing services and does not constitute investment, mortgage, legal or insurance advice.
In no event shall Life Insurance Ireland, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Life Insurance Ireland, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Life Insurance Ireland from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable solicitors fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
